Booking early has real advantages — especially for seasonal Mini Sessions, which have limited dates and fill up fast. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances of getting the date and time that works for your family.

We keep this simple:

• Pay in full at booking and save 5%.

• 25% retainer to secure your date, with the remaining balance split into equal payments — however works best for you — due in full no later than 30 days before your session.

Every package lists its exact image count right on the pricing page — so you'll know precisely what to expect before you book. Turnaround depends on session type: Mini Sessions are delivered within one wek (fast enough for holiday card deadlines), while Full and Signature Sessions are delivered in 1–2 weeks. Sneak peeks arrive within 24–48 hours either way.

Within Michigan: Travel is included up to 60 miles from our home base in Davison. Beyond that, a mileage fee applies only to the distance past that 60-mile mark, calculated using the state mileage rate in effect at the time you book. If your location is more than two hours away, a lodging cost may also apply. Whatever your specific costs come out to, we'll walk you through them clearly before you book.

Outside Michigan: We're glad to travel for the right session — we'll always start with a conversation about your location so we can quote it accurately. Since it's just our own travel and lodging being arranged, this tends to be simpler to work out than our wedding travel quotes.

We keep an eye on the forecast in the days leading up to your session. If conditions look like they'll genuinely get in the way, we'll work with you to reschedule for a better day. If your timeline is tight and the session needs to happen regardless, we'll get creative to make it work.

Yes. Every package includes a full print release, so you're free to print and share your images at any lab or platform you choose.

Family sessions, especially with kids or larger groups, usually need direction to come together, so we'll actively help pose, prompt, and guide throughout your session rather than stepping back and staying out of the way. The one thing that stays consistent across every line, including this one: our "timeless" editing style — true-to-life, natural color rather than chasing a trend that'll look dated in a couple of years.
